• By actual “alive training” with other boys and girls. There is no way for your child to develop skills such as timing, co-ordination, and agility if they are only practising their skills in the air against imaginary opponents.

• The model we use is called Play as the Way©, and not only is it the best way for a student to develop their skills, it is infinitely more fun than the traditional static training methods used in most martial arts schools.

• By offering instruction in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts and Grappling Arts we offer your child the opportunity to learn a complete method of self defense, which gives them the ability to make smart decisions when faced with challenging and sometimes intimidating situations.

• Our S.A.F.E System©, which is integrated into every class, teaches your child life skills that will increase their confidence and self esteem, and provides them with the tools they need to deal with bullying and resolving conflicts in a responsible manner.

• We offer many classes each week for your child to participate in. Although we have no minimum amount they must attend, we recommend attending 2 classes per week. This will make coming to class a part of your child’s everyday routine and will make it easier to retain the skills they are learning.

• If you feel our programs would benefit your child and you would like to get them started, please contact us  to arrange for you to come in and have a tour of our facility with one of our staff. This gives us the opportunity to show you our gym, answer any questions you may have, and to give you the personal attention you deserve.
