We have operated our full time martial arts school in St.Catharines since April 1994, making us the most established Mixed Martial Arts school in the Niagara Region. While others try to cash in on the popularity of Mixed Martial Arts, we have been there since the begining! We pride ourselves on offering the most functional and practical training available for our members.

We are proud to offer the Niagara Region an alternative to traditional martial arts training. We have over 16 years of progressive experience, and we run professional, exciting, and alive classes.
Our S.A.F.E. System© for children and teens has been taught in Elementary and Secondary schools from Fort Erie to Toronto since 1990.
Our classes will get you into great shape, help relieve stress, and provide you with the skills and confidence to protect yourself should the need ever arise. And you will have alot of FUN doing it!
